Equip Streams ToT (Pre-work)

Pre-work for the ToT on 27–28 August 2026 As part of the spearheading team leading the Equip Streams Implementation, we appreciate your hand in coordinating back to a campus and prepare the facilitators there. We already have the registration numbers, so this does not ask for them.

It asks about the things only you know: how many facilitators you will prepare, when you will do it, and what you are not yet ready to answer. About twelve minutes. Where a number is not settled, estimate and mark it with a question mark — an honest estimate helps us more than a blank.

When you sit down with your facilitators, one of them will ask you something you would rather not be asked. What is it? Write it as they would ask it. Answers from all campuses will be collected into the pack you take home, so please be candid — naming a gap now is what allows us to close it.

Before you arrive

Two short tasks in addition to this sheet:

1. Read Luke 24:13–35 first, then the attached four-page Chapter 1 session plan. Jesus’s four moves are named for you there — he joined them, he inquired, he listened fully, he opened the Word to their experience. Against each of the four, write one line: which of them are you most likely to skip when you are facilitating, and what do you do instead? Bring your four lines with you.

2. Prepare a five-minute segment from a real session you will run in your stream this intake — not a hypothetical one. You will deliver it on Day 2 and also give feedback on someone else’s.
